Operate the platform

We use data to create accounts, manage teams, publish playground listings, process bookings, run 10-minute slot holds, verify check-ins, and provide support.

Process payments and settlements

We use payment and wallet records to manage Chapa transactions, manual proof verification, approval workflows, refunds, and owner withdrawals.

Improve safety and reliability

We monitor misuse, suspicious activity, unauthorized access attempts, and policy violations to protect users and the platform.
