Eligibility
Who can use paid and regulated platform features
You must be legally able to use the platform and enter into binding transactions to use paid features such as bookings, withdrawals, and store purchases. We may require age or identity verification for certain activities.
Accounts and roles
Responsibilities vary by role, but account security stays with you
Players
Join teams, view matches, participate in bookings, and leave reviews where allowed.
Captains
Manage teams, create bookings, submit payments, and coordinate match participation.
Owners
List playgrounds, manage pricing and availability, review payments, and request withdrawals.
Admins
Oversee platform operations, moderation, payment approvals, disputes, and competitions.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that create security, fraud, or policy risks.
Bookings and slot holds
How holds, confirmations, and check-ins work
10-minute holds
When a captain selects a slot, the platform may place a temporary 10-minute hold on that slot. A hold is not a confirmed booking and may expire automatically if payment is not submitted on time.
Confirmation rule
A booking is only confirmed after required payment submission and any owner or admin approval steps configured on the platform.
Check-in
QR or booking verification tools may be used to validate reservations. Misuse, duplication, or tampering with check-in methods is prohibited.
Payments and fees
Payment success and booking approval are not always the same step
Futsal ET supports hybrid payments, including online payments through supported gateways and manual payment proof submissions where enabled.
Approval may still be required
Gateway payment success does not always mean booking confirmation. Additional review may still be required.
Fees and taxes
Service fees, processing charges, or applicable taxes will be shown before you complete a transaction where required.
Wallets and withdrawals
Internal balances are tracked on-platform, not as bank accounts
Wallets on Futsal ET are internal platform ledgers used to track amounts earned, owed, refunded, or pending. They are not bank accounts. Owners may request withdrawals to approved destinations subject to verification, reconciliation, fraud checks, and any platform processing rules.
Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows
Timing, refund method, and repeated abuse matter
Cancellations by captains may be subject to timing rules, cancellation windows, and disclosed fees.
Refund methods may vary depending on whether payment was made through a gateway or via manual transfer proof.
Repeated no-shows, abuse of booking holds, or false payment claims may lead to enforcement action.
Store purchases
Checkout terms apply to in-house products and rentals
If Futsal ET sells in-house products or rentals, prices, order details, collection or delivery terms, and return rules will be presented at checkout. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Reviews and user content
You remain responsible for what you publish
You may submit reviews, comments, photos, and other content. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, respectful, and does not violate the privacy or rights of others. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content that breaches these terms or platform policies.
Competitions and match operations
Schedules and participation details can change for operational reasons
Competitions and scheduled matches may be organized or administered by Futsal ET or platform administrators. Schedules, fixtures, venues, and participation details may change due to logistics, safety, or operational reasons.
Acceptable use
Abuse, fraud, and unsafe behavior are prohibited
Intellectual property
Platform assets remain owned by Futsal ET or its licensors
The platform, branding, code, interface design, and original content belong to Futsal ET or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or exploit them without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Important limits on what the platform guarantees
Important notice
Futsal ET provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, guaranteed booking approval, or venue conditions beyond what owners provide. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Suspension and termination
Access can be restricted to protect the platform and its users
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, create security risks, or where action is required to comply with law or protect users and the platform.
Governing law
These terms are interpreted under Ethiopian law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Unless another written agreement applies, disputes will be handled through the competent courts or legal processes available under Ethiopian law.
Changes to these terms
Updated terms take effect after notice and continued use
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the platform. Continued use after the updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
